The details you give us when you create an account or place an order — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — and the products you add to your cart or wishlist.

To process and deliver your orders, to send order and delivery updates, and to answer your questions. We never sell your personal information.
3. Health information
Some purchases may reveal information about your health. We treat this as sensitive: it is only seen by staff who need it to fulfil your order or give pharmacist advice.
4. Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Optional analytics cookies are only used with your consent.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time, and you can close your account from your account page or by contacting us.
