Standard delivery

RETURNS
Returns in three steps
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
STEP 1
Tell us
Email us your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll send a free returns label.
STEP 2
Pack and post
Pack items unopened in their original packaging and drop the parcel at any post office.
STEP 3
Get your refund
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel arriving.
What we can’t take back
For safety reasons, opened medicines and personal-care products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty — in that case, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace them free of charge.
